Hope is the thing with feathers ... That perches in the soul, And sings the tune--without the words, And never stops at all!!! To me ...Hope is just like the Butterfly....which..by its mere Touch ....can create a Miracle....and bring a smile on our face... Acrylics on paper....

I was inspired by the organisation..."EYE HELP ANIMALS" and its mission and vision....and started painting the eyes of these  wild animals whose status is critical, endangered, or threatened .

Inferno of passion

The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire!!! 
If passion were a flame of fire....that burned into my soul.....I would be consumed by this inferno, By you who makes me whole.
Just like the moth who can't resist...who's drawn into the fire....I dance around the flickering light, of passion and desire.......

Fairy Dust

There is no greater loss in life ...to man,

Than being unaware... at early dawn

Of Earth's awakening.... from a silver  mist

Shot through with golden threads ...of breaking morn.

There is no greater sorrow in the world,

Than eyes unseeing.... colour everywhere,

Or ears unhearing.....softly whispered notes...

Shades of "GLOWING'

Colours have always attracted me...whether they are in geometric patterns or in portraits....

The inspiration to this painting was born in another reality.

The cackoo Song

Remember the poem...."To the Cuckoo" by William Wordsworth?

The mysterious experience which had come about in the childhood.... When The poet  heard the voice of a cuckoo and was delighted.
 It made him curious to see the bird. He searched for the bird in bush, tree and sky. But he did not find the bird. Still the urge to see the bird did not subside in him. He wandered in woods and a field to discover the bird. Still he did not find.
The bird had become a fine hope, a pleasant love for the poet at the time. That hope ....and that love.... drove him to look for the bird but the bird was never seen.

I hope every body finds that child  within themselves who responds to the  Cuckoo's Song....to  search  for the hidden joy within themselves.

Inspirations..out of the BLUE

 This magic Circle full of colours and light ....I made using pallete knife ...giving lots of texture...in this composition...


Not sure if this is the ideal place for this... but I feel it's a very poetic circle casting, so that entitles it to a spot here, I guess 


“Circle of beauty, circle divine,
Blood of the ancients and fruit of the vine.
I cast you this night, a boundary of power,

The WATER element

WATER brings the elements full circle. 

It gives us adaptability and will-power. 

'I am flowing - I am flowing - from here to there - from there to here - moving endlessly. Constant motion is my aim - change and  renewal my way - my purpose is SHAPING, CREATING, ACTION in a formative WAY - will not be quiet, because standing still is the end. Do not hold me back, do not stop me, my flow is JOY, rigidity is death. I am holding in myself Eminence and Chaos, formative power and silence. I am flowing LIGHT - flowing LOVE. My murmur, my ripple, my splashing, my roaring are PRAYER - expressions of my JOY of serving HIM - also serving MEN, keeping them alive, just as I am sustaining life in general - but above all, I am serving HIM in everything.'

The WIND element

Invisible, unpredictable, unreliable, playful, soothing, destructive, inspiring and life giving: The Element of Air or Wind is all these things and much more. It is the representation of all that we cannot see: our souls, our spirits, our minds, and our hearts - 
Wind is also associated to all gods as it is thought to be identifed with life, healing, transcendency, the crossing of the borderline between life and death in both directions, to the soul, and to all things invisible or spiritual.

The FIRE element

Fire represents the creativity and passion that all intellectual and emotional beings have. It is an active force that has the passion to create and animate things. The element is also very rational and quick to flare up as is the personality of many fire-children.

Fire in many ancient cultures and myths has been known to purify the land with the flames of destruction, however, it is also capable of the renewal of life through the warmth and comfort of those very same flames.

The SKY element...

It is believed by many modern Pagans that the Akasha, Spirit, is the Fifth Element. the Akasha is the spiritual force that Earth, Air, Fire, and Water descend from. Some also believe that the combination of the four elements make up that which is Akasha, and that Akasha exists in every living creature in existence; without Akasha, there is no spirit, no soul, no magic.

The Five Elements are worked with to create positive changes on earth. This is done through meditation to bring about beneficial changes in one’s life.
